Summary: The pilot of SKW341G called to inform us that a passenger on his flight, a pilot for JetBlue, witnessed an unauthorized unmanned aircraft 1/4 mile south of the airplane, 200 feet below SKW341G (approximately 8 miles east of ONT, at 2800 feet). He left without giving his name. All proper channels notified, to include DEN and local law enforcement. The pilot did not make any evasive maneuvers, and did not know about the unmanned aircraft until the passenger mentioned it.
